If I were sure children born to me were out of the question, and depending on the reasons, then I'd talk to them about options besides IUD. I'm sorry that you're having so much frustration and re-trauma through this. It's like, "at least we have birth control" but then, this.

But yeah, I have thought about that Muse. I might look into something like ablation. I have never really wanted my own kids, but may want to foster some day if and when things even out for me. I am 33, my partner is almost 42 and has a 19 year old and a 13 year old and they don't want anymore either. I mean, if I wanted my own child it would be different, but it is something we can happily agree on.

I have never been in a position of considering an abortion. I do not judge others. BUT, I do intensely dislike anyone who lies. PP loves to claim they provide other services to women. My experience is they do not. I needed a referral. I stopped going to docs years ago. I was told local PP would give referral. I went in. Was rejected. Told they only do (don't recall exact wording) conception based medical(?). 5 mins to listen to my issues and what I need referral for. Bam. That was too much for them to do? I do not support them at all. I was desperate is the only reason I went there. My experience only confirmed they are garbage and I do not support them at all.
