I'm new here, trying to find more ways of dealing with PTSD... I was abused as a kid by a sibling who was also a kid, and then abused in my mid teens by two different partners, but I've learned to stand up for myself and not to let people push me around so it's not all bad!
Just struggling a lot with college, I've started engineering in uni and it is very full on. I love it, but my nightmares are so bad I can't manage to get up in the mornings, and I don't know what to do, I'm worried I'm going to flunk out, which is weird because I've always been a straight A student, it's just the nights have been getting worse and worse...
Thinking of going back on Olanzapine for a while just to catch up on sleep and then coming back off it (I hate the stuff). Don't really know what the best option is...
Don't really know what to expect from this but I'm glad to have somewhere to vent a bit.
