Sorry you won't be able to see your T for another week. Seems like eternity when we are in a bad spot. Glad you reached out here... sometimes when I just can't seem to get it together, I come on here and go to Social, and just go thru the threads there. One of my favorites is .. You know you have PTSD when....... I am usually laughing out loud after a few posts, because I relate. Laughter helps me a lot when I feel like I can't dig myself out of what ever is going on...
Do you mind me asking why you are concerned getting help might ruin your future? Of course you do not have to answer. Just thought maybe you could get some assurance and support with that....
But in many cases, my own for sure, had I not got help, there would have been no future to worry about..
