Malignant -- don't give up on yourself. The "fix" for CPTSD is long, laborious and very unpleasant. The only thing in my book that is more unpleasant than the "fix" is doing nothing and suffering from CPTSD and TBI. Get you ass into a VA hospital -- do it now soldier!

There is no magic pill to make it go away...You have to release control over yourself to start the healing process. Trust yourself and your feeling that you are trying to reach out for help. It's not easy to accept, if you don't like your VA apply to the National PTSD center and go there. I've heard wonderful things about it. Do something positive for yourself. You deserve it!
Now, I'm crawling back under my rock...
