I have been doing yoga for 20 years for my neuro condition and it has really helped. I hate doing yoga but I can’t argue with the results. It has been very helpful for physical pain. It has also helped calm me when needed. I am sure it isn’t for everyone but what is. We all have to find our own path and it helps to have an open mind and a sense of adventure.
Lovely, 20 years ago the world was softer, quieter and easier. As I see with many aged people, it's ease younger generations battle to work with.
As for the practice , like my old religion or new, it's found me singing a daily tune, showing and repeating knowing. Some teachers are easy and some are pushy.
Stay neutral, do research and always consider the qualifications. We are allowed question the guidance? As all my guides reveal, currents are a fad and Ill-Ness can be an essential. I prefer ease and for each person assess to ones best self, not the audiences desire. I find abused for periods , I forget myself faster than I found my feet.
Bowling balls, have less weight.
Also sounds like a genlt approach. I believe in it, and I belive in belief. It's a caution. Yet with the correct, people, location and space. It's magic. In as real it can be. Depending on the trauma is can be defective. Worth It's time, worth the research and worth the risk.
Heart to all.... never say No to a new approach... w have seen the worst.. it's done... now imagine the unknown.
Love the focus and heart.
