I hate anxiety! I have been doing so well with keeping my anxiety and panic attacks to a minimum this last month. Then this week boom high anxiety levels. I will admit I have had some new stressors. I started a few college classes last week so that is defiantadding to my anxiety. I will be going to the doctor tomorrow to see if they can figure out what is wrong with my knee. It has being stiff and throbbing off and on for about 5 months. Work is stressful in itself and since I already used up my PTO I have to jump though some hoops because of going to see the doctor tomorrow. I hope this anxiety level will pass soon but until then :arghh;.
