Hi All!

A quick suggestion....

One thing that helps me, when I stick to it, is a diet that is low glycemic. 80% veggies, quinoa, and some protein (once a week). Eat protein for breakfast, tons of veggies throughout the day and quinoa. NO SUGAR, NO FRUIT, NO SWEETER, NO HONEY just super low sugar diet.

Just a thought...
 
You've posted this in the Sleep & Nightmares forum, but made no mention of either of those things. Is your suggestion something that helps you with sleep and/or nightmares in some way, or has this accidentally been posted in the wrong forum? Just trying to clarify what you've written.
