Supporter Supporter And Sufferer

I am a supporter of a loved one with PTSD, and I have PTSD myself. I am looking for ways to help and people who can be a source of strength through trying times. I do not know much about PTSD, so I am willing to learn what I can. Would love to talk to others in similar situations.
