@Alphabetzy - hi, I'm
@joeylittle and I'm the administrator here. I would recommend you take another look at our
community constitution - it will likely help you understand one thing we respect greatly on the site, which is diversity of opinion.
I can hear the condescending tone in your post. I can not believe your arrogance.
I don't think the condescending tone you are reading is actually there. I do think this is a touchy issue for you, and the post hit a nerve.
You literally mansplained SD to me and told me not to overthink it. Putting aside how disgusting that is...it wasn't even the topic of the post. I didn't solicit opinions on whether I had SD, that is for my T to weigh in on. I can not understand what motivated you to make such a bizarre, misogynistic, and OT response. You should feel ashamed of yourself.
Your response here is a real overreaction. Mansplaining? Disgusting? Bizarre, misogynistic, and off-topic? Ashamed of yourself?
I'm really not seeing it.
You're free to take what is useful to you, and leave the rest; if what
@Ronin has to say on this subject doesn't appeal to you, don't take it on-board; that's up to you.
Moderators here are all volunteers, and they never stop being members. Our code of conduct does require that a moderator model 'best practice' posting - but in this case, I don't see
@Ronin doing anything but that.
Lets put the thread back on track. In the future, avoid jumping to conclusions on tone and intent.
