I am an adrenaline junkie and love extreme sports (learned to wake board and will be snow boarding in a few weeks!)

Did the corporate/executive thing for 25 years and you will drag me kicking and screaming before I ever get dressed to impress again.

I can't find any political party that I support as the "common sense" party doesn't exist yet and probably never will.

I am a fantastic parent - even my kids have told me that whilst they were growing up I had it about right.

Love watching darts, used to play in the days before accident, now I can't play. I joke my life as a professional darts player has ended before it started.

I have to use one specific fork when I eat dinner, one specific cup when I drink coffee, one specific hair brush when brushing my hair, one specific towel when I take a shower....and these quirks annoy my husband because If I can't find those things, I feel a bit panicky.

Alot of years ago I was addicted to shoplifting.

I have told more things about myself in this thread than I would ever tell you in real life.

I've lived on several continents. My favourite city is New York City and my favourite country is Italy.

When I was a kid I was identified as gifted. Nobody told me until I reached my 20s. When I asked why I was never told about that 'meeting at the school' (which I was not privy to) the answer was - 'I didn't want you to get a big head'.

I get jealous of inanimate objects when others adore them with affection, instead of me. (There’s a tree I want to cut down because in a joyful feeling my G/f hugged and kissed it instead of me, she never touches me unless I'm so far down emotionally I am 10 again)

I really enjoy reading things about everyone.

When my kids were very young, I took them to the park to watch the ducks in the pond. It was so much fun we went back the next day. The day after that we took bread to feed the ducks.....and then someone told me they were wooden ducks. I'm glad the kids were so young they don't remember it.( it is kinda funny though...maybe)

When I was a kid, I liked to catch frogs. I kept them inside of a necklace that I wore.

I like the feeling of warm dirt on my hands when I'm gardening.

I played the flute, but not in band camp. I love music and it moves me spiritually more so than anything else I've experienced. I also played piano and violin. I wish I'd kept up with it.

Doing anything artistic takes me away and I lose time. It's lovely.

I am rather goofy and tend to gravitate toward other goofy people as my closest friends, toward sarcastic people in general to keep me on my game, and always toward laughter. I was really quite ridiculously happy for a time in my life.

I am phobic of flying roaches.

I am very clean but can be pretty messy. If you are like me, you know what I mean.

If I could do one thing forever, it would be to travel the world WITH money. I've done lots of traveling broke. I'd still do that, but it would be really nice to NOT sleep in a smelly hostel with 11 other people. Still, worth it.
