Where's the balance? How is it possible to answer this thread without offending or even unintentionally hurting someone...and what happened to the op?

Balance is good. Wiping a state off the map is called 'extreme'. The extremism wipes the balance out.. but feelings are just what they are. Highs and lows are what they are. The OP expresed feelings and just wanted justice on hs abusersbecausee he's dealing with EMDR. I posted above.

I felt like that in another hurricane and I didn't know anyone in that area. I just thought ( maybe) that part of the state should not be there anymore,, due to some religious intrusive thoughts. ( I was not diagnosed with PTSD then or medicated) So now, I can look at those thoughts and relize that A) I have no right to judge.

One thing they are both grateful for is that it made me FEEL. Maybe not good emotions true.

I'm firm believer that there are no bad emotions. Emotions/feelings just are.
