I saw in the suffering from ptsd, the ability to knowing what's really significant in life.

You are so right! My husband's ptsd resurfaced with a vengeance, just before Christmas, after 14 relatively peaceful years. I struggled to keep going to work, and to "do" Christmas. Problems I'd been having at work became insignificant, and really, they were minor in the grand scheme of things. Every day I had to (and still do) evaluate what was truly important. It's quite an amazing perspective to gain, and I certainly look at the world differently now. I take a lot less things for granted now, too.
 
Sorry my reply didn't go through before on this phone I thoughy it did to you, I was asking out of my own curiosity.I'm glad you dance.I believe everbody can. Do you agree?

I tottaly agree!

Dancing is not about how you move or make your steps, it's about letting go.

It's about the freedom you have in expressing your thoughts and feelings into a varity of movements. (Therapeutic steps) this is what I like to call it. Steps that recycle stress and depression into a great sense of relief. :tup:
