Hi Aine...and a warmest welcome to the forum, please don't feel stupid... your doing so well just by being here..
I can relate with what you say about people saying aaawww that never happened, I've been battling that for 25 years, but trust me it does get easier with the right help and support. On a lighter note, its nice to see a fellow Brit on here too.

Hi Aine, stick with it... it really is worth it, you'll get loads of support and help on here if your anything like me..lol, and as for caring.. yes I do, cause I know just how hard and lonely it can seem. I never asked for PTSD or the way its ruined my life until now.. so yes I care because I see your pain.
