The Ballance Between "real" Panic And "real" Okayness" ?..!

I'm wobbling...this is a tough spot I'm in ..my "normal" response is to first have a fit-panic-cry-process-plan-become the "fixer" and "bull-dozer to the finish line" leaving no stone unturned, usually with a hanger swinging empty in a closet somewhere. :ninja: Job Done.

However...I am sitting here with my legs taking the heat - full of tension and anxiety, my guts in a knot and burning, and my brain twisting between "real" anxiety/panic and paranoia :O_o:. Then comes the wave "real" anger and Rage :mad: <--that sits on the sidelines just in case..of what? Who knows. It's like a gun strapped to your ankle while you walk through the dark alley. Of course, if you don't go through the alley you don't need it...there's the logic in that.

So I'm batter right now and I am seeing it but I have to SHARE the responsibility with someone else and trust.

:(

I am not so good at this and I hate anxiety and paranoia as well as I have trouble trusting. Blech...
 
I just found this posting today, and I have to say on some level it makes me feel better today. You just described the two ways I react to things, no matter how big or small. I am sorry though that this is something you experience too, its definitely not a fun feeling :( I hope that things have gotten better for you my friend

It's a slow learning curve for me but after rereading this I guess I have to say that yes, in ways, I am better :)
