Hey peeps.
Yesterday I had a rage fit. I was drawing a carburetor as part of understanding aviation theory.
Used a pen to indicate its different parts, but the pen failed on me. I exploded and threw the damn thing through the room screaming at it. Fun time!
Anyway yoga has been helpful to me so I looked up "yoga for anger management" and I came across this dude, the Catalyst Yogi. The clip said "release childhood anger in 11 minutes". I browsed through his other clips and came upon other much helpful clips like dealing with anxiety, and what to do if your child-self is running your life, as well as self-acceptance and a lot of other topics.
Normally when I'm fuming nothing works for me because I'll reject it if I don't like it, but this one worked pretty well. It had reactions too from people below who did it 40 days and said it helped incredibly.
That's why I'd like to share it with you.
