I need a hug because I shot my mouth off too many times about wanting to help other people with trauma. Over the past month or so I've been trying to do this in real life, and I have failed spectacularly. I question if I'll ever be well enough to do it at all.

We've been listening to Harry Potter music to try and soothe. We made a miniature version of the Hogwarts Express for Little W to play with.
