Way back when, the time I thought I had buried, has resurfaced. I supposed that it would sooner or later, I guess.
Last night I had the nightmare of all nightmares. I could swear it was real too! "Someone" picked me up and shook me up and down by the neck. Then they dropped me into my pillow. I was wide awake by then, but, of course, no one was there.
This all relates to when my abusive boyfriend tried to choke me, I just realized that before I wrote this now. All day I had thought the nightmare had to do with me not wearing my CPAP machine last night. I suppose that may have triggered it somehow. It was a strange night, one that would have done justice to Halloween.
