The Small Things In Life. What Makes You Happy?

My dog is not just a pet, she is a PTSD related Service Dog and can and does accompany me EVERYWHERE.
Being with friends, especially my best friend.
Reading a good book, which to me means one that is about LOVE & SUSPENCE and has a great exciting plot!
BAKING.
Eating baked goods.
Not having to cook. (ie: eating out!).
Having someone do my dishes for me.
Taking photos and sharing them on Facebook....
Thankfully I have many things to be thankful for, large and small, simple and complicated and everything inbetween!

Successfully working out next month's budget. Maybe not be totally happy with it, but at least be able to live with it. That may not seem to jive with the above header for this topic, but it is an accomplishment and needed to be done! SO in that light I am happy with having done it. I am happy I can live with it. I am happy I will be able to afford something I had thought I would never be able to afford again: going to the dentist.

Somethings otherwise small that uplifts and makes me happy is me catching a snap-shot of someone really listening, (without interruption), to another and then noticing as turns speaking are exchanged.
