Getting some good news for a change and when I accomplish everything I am supposed to be doing. I am now changed into a get it done person although I do slow down when I get depressed and do not accomplish as much. For having a good day.

Good quality magazines from the library.
Washing my hair outside under the hose.
Watching dogs when they dont know you're watching.
Getting through a bad day having accomplished something. Anything. Today it was putting new felt liner in the cutlery drawer. Bright red.
