The Small Things In Life. What Makes You Happy?

That the dog loves training so much.

That I got a nice postcard from USA. She even added stamps with mountains on them because I love mountains so much.

That I did my yoga nidra, went for a short drive around the block, did 10 minutes of mindfulness practice and the beautiful sunny day outside.

I did some mindful eating. (Okay kept drifting off more than mindfully eating, but I did two spoonfuls and it is a place to start.)

I also watered the passionfruit. That was satisfying.

That I had a nice evening at my parents' place yesterday.

My nieces telling me that they "love their Aunty Lolly", always makes me happy :)

Being competent and getting things done makes me so very happy.
