@jaccat That is so cool! I am dyslexic and would love to see a T do what I do sometimes...lol (((hugs))) Good for her, she really understands trauma as well as stigma.
I offered gratitude to my T and while letting go of my slight need of control, respectfully asked what I might need to review or work on. It appears the multiple threads within this board cover a basis for proper reflection (different than rumination) and he was satisfied with our sessions.
I mention this because it is valuable to know that this board compliments the work he wishes to see me do within PTSD and I can find threads to work on certain areas if need be most of the time. In trust... I offered the name of the site which he quickly scribbled in his notes while offering material in which to share- as I am ready.
