Gotta love the Army and their magic cures. While going through the steps for ETS, I had an Army Doc say that I no longer showed signs of PTSD. All because my meds at the time were working. I never have understood the reasoning behind that but I don't think I want to either.

OMFG -- the ARMY has a "sure and rapid cure" for PTSD. I'll believe it when I have personally experienced it. Sounds like more blather from the Pentagon "desk jockeys".

Bill -- unfortunately you are correct. Folks like us get responses like that from the "desk jockeys". It sucks to be us.

It is not the " desk jockeys" fault exactly...there is a chain of command that goes all the way to the top. The "desk jockey" is following orders form others above him. This goes all the way to the United States congress and the commander in chief. If the "desk jockey" wants to keep his job he damn well better do as he is told to do.

I am pretty angry today...I have been abandon by the country I served and left to fend for myself. I have no other option but to harden the f*ck up. I am operating way to close to the edge at the moment.
