Woke up and it's a conservative House, Senate, and a wild card outsider New President. First thing I thought of on waking this morning was Smash Mouth's All Star:

HRC: "She was looking kind of dumb with her finger and her thumb
In the shape of an "L" on her forehead"

Trump: "Hey now, you're an all-star, get your game on, go play
Hey now, you're a rock star, get the show on get paid
And all that glitters is gold
Only shooting stars break the mold."

The days of political dynasties are OVER and I hope in the longer term no matter how this next 4 years goes down, the political class (and yeah they are a "class") gets this message loud and clear. And that goes for both major parties - who are collectively scratching their heads and can't understand how this went down. I hope they both get on track for the people they are here to serve.
