You have your white Christmas. So much white, 6ft of heavy snow dumped in an hour that everyone is stranded wherever they were at 1pm on Christmas eve.

In the UK we deal so badly with snow that would be the normal outcome of about half a centimetre falling three weeks beforehand. :wacky:

You get your wish, and are overwhelmed with birthday gifts of socks and unfunny humorous books. Every meal for a week is turkey with candles stuck in it, and you're obliged to laugh, wear a party hat and eat nuts and chocolate from morning till night. Luckily you don't have to move much, because everyone's watching old films on television for 11 hours a day. You just can't quite work out why your picture keeps coming up on the news with the word "Grinch" written underneath it...

I wish the dishes would wash themselves.

Wish granted Britt - It's no longer cold, however, the reason it's no longer cold is because the Earth's magnetic fields have flipped and you now find youself living in tropical weather and your country quickly becomes a third world nation and you have to get a job harvesting bananas year round to be able to afford to live in your mud hutt

I wish my family and I could stay home this Christmas.
