Transference is sometimes a method of procrastination and avoidance... If you're focusing on her "hotness" you are usually avoiding the reason you're in therapy. But then, on the other hand, at least you're capable of looking at your therapist, eh? ;)
I feel you. But I bet your therapist would be receptive to hearing about it. I'm sure you're not the first to say it. I have a pretty dashing therapist myself and had to have the inner talk with myself at the very beginning. I had to decide if I was going to be able to ignore my hormones(which rage constantly I'll be honest.) long enough to check it at the door and concentrate on my healing. So far it's worked.
