None of that though @Echo explains the members behaviour above, or their behaviour around the web. Partial seizure last a minute or two, much shorter than the writing and memberships the user has done around the www under the same username.

I feel it is unfair to discuss someone like this when they cannot respond, but it seemed only fair to draw attention to the issues Panda has spoken about having which result in memory loss, and confusion in the run-up to, and duration of a seizure. As to the rest, I realise you, @anthony, have to take a view as site administrator, but I don't want to get drawn into commenting on Panda's behaviour elsewhere.
