When I left my therapy session today I was asked to think about three goals for therapy. At first I thought about it and said this is going to be hard to come up with three. Before long though I had more than three goals in my mind. I've written down three of them.
- Lose weight
- Find ways to deal with my worst trigger: death.
- Sexuality
- Get back to writing
- Social/Community/Church
- Hobbies
