Hi everyone- Have been reading and part of the forum recently - yes, new here.
Learning and growing in how to support a loved one who struggles with PTSD and has gone M.I.A to cope.Out of reach. The impact of this sort of thing on supporters when this happens, is profound and often underestimated. It is like as if it is ever recommended we all remove one wheel off our cars before we get on the free way today and its okay . Result - a Painful , bumpy drive.

Have read the forums and insights.
I reached out here to get a better understanding - we never stop learning right? Really good insights and such a friendly community .
With Christmas fast approaching and the year being a heavy and challenging one- need to take a few days off this site too and have some time. If anyone feels like saying Hi -thats welcome and any encouragement is also welcome. If anyone cares to ask if all's well - thats okay too.
