I feel your pain. In 2009. I was scheduled for my 1st 1 hr session. After 45 mins. My theripst said, WOW. That was it, i was dropped and told to attend DBT which I did. I like, enjoyed and learned from it. I now go to Barnes and Noble or online and order workbooks. It has been working for me and this is another alernative to therapy (1 on 1) for me.
