I got recommendations from sidran.org, those therapists were completely booked up but one referred me to the therapist I am seeing now. I am very happy with him so far. Keep trying.

Just echoing @hithere's suggestion - this site is really good.If I had it to do over again, I would only use a therapist who belongs to this organization. There is a "find a therapist" tab.

Take heart though if no one is listed, or the choices are bizarre. For my city of apx 2million, there are only 12 listed and I know for a fact there are over 200 (I’ve spoken with most of them, and they include 1 world famous provider, who is not on GoodTherapy’s list). And Of that 12? Several don’t actually deal with PTSD (they oversee new grad -unaccredited- MSWs & Psychologists working on their internship hours, so are accredited to oversee students whose focus is trauma, but have no specific training or experience in trauma themselves... and as such refer all already dx’d PTSD & trauma clients elsewhere. Unless you want to see a student, and have fairly simple trauma the director thinks the student can manage), and a couple are fully accredited but wacky (unless crystal healing marriage retreats is your thing).this site is really good
From what I saw on this website recently I was impressed-their views are on point with CPTSD /PTSD reality.I would contact these people and see if they have any ideas..
