Treasure Hunt - September

I don't really get it. The scavenger hunting online because there's like 80 gazillion sites with the same type info

If the website was specific versus the content then it would be within the clue. If others can do it, then it must not be as difficult as you claim.

Learn how to use Google correctly and your "gazillion" will typically become a handful.

There are no tricks in this, and it is all PTSD specific. It will jump around and things will come back to previous clues, and lots more. It isn't rocket science IMHO and I'm not tricking anyone... just read the clues correctly and you will see what it meant when you find it, "IF" you're using google correctly, regardless of your location in the world.

The entire idea is to help people learn Google by them "doing" and whilst doing, they come across some interesting information relevant to PTSD.

.

I didn't say it was difficult, I said I don't get it. I didn't say you were tricking people or that it's hard or sucks or unfair etc etc etc.

I'm not a scavenger hunter person, never been good at understanding clues. I'm pretty decent with google, though that webpage you put here has a couple things I didn't already know. What I'm not good at is figuring out exactly what web pages the clues are suppose to lead to. How to narrow them down using the clues, not google.

Other people can climb mount Everest, that doesn't mean it's not difficult or that everyone can do it.

Still...it's something to try....

Check In

This is a simple checkin to ensure you have all your clues correct thus far. If you do, then you will have the correct username and password to access clue #4, which is locked away.

Visit: [DLMURL]https://www.ptsdforum.org/c/images/treasure/checkin[/DLMURL]

The username comes from clue #1, all lowercase, heading: Severity, point 1 states: Having "**********", that is....

That asterisk word is the username to the above link.

Under clue #2, heading: Summary & Conclusions, "A ******** of PTSD patients experience reoccurring dissociative symptoms,

Under clue #3, heading: Eligibility Criteria, "This study was limited to ****** victims..."

The password comprises clues #2 & #3 combined as one word, all lowercase.

Well I missed Clues 1,2,3 but I might be able to work it out from Anthony's check in. This is kind of fun!
