Hi I. Am new to this group and loved how you are all so transparent . Will anyone reach out to me and help my son and I deal with trust issues in therapy world or just finding the right one who knows trauma from Verbal and emotional abuse also what is the source of your drug you mentioned in your post.thanks for your time

I’m not sure if you meant to post to someone individually or if this post was in general. Anyway, trust is a hard thing to build in therapy. A good therapist will help you work through that. Be honest and have a conversation with your therapist. Good luck

Trust is super hard (for me anyway) and takes time. Don’t be afraid to visit a few therapists to get a feel for what you are comfortable with and like Rumors said, a good therapist will work with you to build trust.
