At least the UK government didn't conspire to hide the truth like our own government did and blame it on a youtube video. I imagine though with so many witnesses, it would have been a hard thing to cover up.

Sweden has had 6 days of rioting and is doing gymnastics to avoid pointing to the fact that Muslim immigrants are at the heart of the turmoil there. Political correctness is destabilizing them as a nation, they are following in the footsteps of France.

I think you are right, while those 3 women were confronting the assailants, and other bystanders and witnesses were filming and taking taking photographs, the Police were way in the background waiting for fire arms officers. Even then, they didn't shoot to kill. 8 rounds were fired, yet both assailants have only non life-threatening leg injuries :confused:

I can only assume they kept them alive to try to get further information from them. But since MI5 have been aware of them for 8 years, I would imagine that their associates are already known. So it just seems to me to be another huge bill for us tax payers to keep murderers in luxury/prison, and pay for another expensive trial, with little long term result. I'm sorry, but those murdering extremists don't deserve to live IMHO.

I hate what happened. I abhor violence of any kind but is anyone honestly surprised that something like this has happened?

One positive that came out of the whole horrific thing is that, for once, there were brave and inspiring people who came forward and tried to intervene and comfort. That so seldom seems to happen. Very brave considering the circumstances.

This poor man died in an horrific way.

One of the most shocking things for me was that the perpetrators just hung around after and talked away. A little like they were discussing the weather.
