I've spent a year looking for groups, and having ad hoc ones so I'm trying to set up a PTSD support group in Central London - I've started a Facebook Group "PTSD-ANON London" (set to private) to try to gather some people. facebook.com/group.php?gid=134105886624580

I am interested. I do not have PTSD myself, my boyfriend has, and I do need some support to understand more about PTSD, as I am deeply confused.

Have you tried looking up your local Carers office, they do have an understanding of what it is like to be a supporter of someone with PTSD.
