This is in response to my now 1.5 year battle to obtain the records from my glorious career in the US Navy.
A short aside here. I served on the USS Iowa. It blew up. The Navy covered up the blow up and blamed a dead gay man........ Who was not gay. In the mean time we deployed to points east. Lebanon? No idea. Kind of was there, You know kind of. "We kind of "supported" some other peeps with their affairs", Kind of.
Years later the blow up was determined to be,,, command incompetence, circa 1951 gun powders stored at over 90 degrees and illegal experimentation on 16" guns.
Subsequently it has probably been the most privately litigated ship in the history of the Navy. More than a few negligence cases have been shot down by the US Supreme Court. (Hacks and Lechers all members) and the Navy has had to formally apologize to a few families in addition to over a million USD in cash settlement.
To clue you in on some of the retarded Navy behaviour in the 90's. Parents of a deceased crew member (Age 19) were given literature inviting....specifically their son, to join the Navy Reserves. True Navy form there.
I could give a f*ck less. I have not given a f*ck since 1989. However, I am now four plus pissed off. THESE MOTHERf*ckERS LOCKED MY ENTIRE PERSONNEL FILE!!!!
I got my medical records. Some injuries there. Blown knees, f'd up shoulder. But the big thing is all the other shit I was exposed to. Radiation and asbestos on my first ship, countless ship board fires fought, the entire f*ck job that the USS Iowa was.
Not even sure where this damned post goes. Anger? Helplessness? The cock sucking dick f*cks area? Which should be a sub-area under anger.
Man....oh to have a small nuclear arsenal. I think I'm going to call my shrink tomorrow and call him a "f*cking asshole". I got some cards from some Veterans advocates as well. Think I'll call those double dipping f*cktards a few choice words as well.
I guess a question here is "What to do?". Time is ticking on my appeal and these f*ckers are stonewalling me into overtime.
