The slow motion in that gif is upsetting to me. I get stressed by repetitive noise and actions, slow-motion things creep me out
think I will just breathe without the gif
thank you for sharing though, I am sure that I am just an odd duck and that will be helpful for many :)

It's totally not up to you to worry about what you post, that's completely on me (the rest of the post aside from the gif is helpful)

Interesting link.

Breathing was the first thing my therapist taught me on 2nd session. (First session being assessment). It's been a lifeline during high anxiety times. Thanks for posting it.

btw: @Silver is right. You do the posting, we do the choosing as to whether or not we want to read, view... one of the things being drilled into me in therapy. My choice, my control ;)
 
They are right. One thing I am learning here is what my triggers are. If I skipped over every danged thing that had a warning I wouldn't know what they are. I'm also going to have to learn how to deal with them. Now if I just understood what was happening....
