Hi everybody!

I'm Vynne, 23 years old. I came here through the PTSD forum.

I'm a CPTSD sufferer with a history of sexual child abuse (between ages 4 and 8)
I feel I'm needing a place to be me and were getting some hope from, so I hope to find this here

I too was abused as a very young child. The journey towards recovery can be a bit rough, takes time and effort but I have found to be more that worth it. It has given my life meaning in a way I never had before. Good luck!
