Waking up every day with anxiety, last all day, anyone have this - hoping therapy will help

Will be trying my first therapy session in a month.

I have experienced this and even recently just a few days ago. It is a horrible feeling to experience throughout the day. I found listening to meditative music and good sleep helps sometimes for me personally. However, if you suffer from nightmares like I do, it might be difficult to have a good amount of sleep in.
 
I hAve tried exercise. I know it is supposed to be good for ptsd.seems like I get really nervous during and after. I will keep on working on

Just going to keep on keeping on. It's just getting through the day every day for another month till I see a therapist seems like I'm not going to make it but somehow I do
