Weird ptsd accomplishments you can't share with others

I haven't taken off without come kind of warning in over a year! yea me!
And - I still have to sit with my back against a wall but now I can admit it with a smile and make it not a big deal

I have a few more!
1. Going out in the city with friends and not being watchful all the time.
2. Going to a party full of people I've never met before, to photograph someone I've never met for their big occasion birthday, in the middle of a busy restaurant in the city cbd!
3. Being able to push my way through a crowd, walk up to someone I want to talk to and confidently start a conversation with them.
4. Not being scared of nightmares, but simply annoyed that they're getting in the way of what I want to do!

Oh my goodness that is HUGE!

My guy and I are not having sex until I’m stabilized and can stay present. I tend to zone out along the way.
