Well I Guess It must Have Been Meant To Be!!!!

Signed all the papers today and the house is legally ours in 2 weeks. I cannot beleive how quick it finally did happen after all the run around we got at the beginning. I really think it was meant to be!!!! Also this house has a chair lift that goes from the top of the back door to the basement. If I ever need it I can use it and we can put groceries on it and send them down..kind of neat. My mother also had a rod put in her leg about 6 years ago and it is a good possibility that they may have to remove it in a couple of years so the chair lift will come in handy. They sold it to us for 400.00 and the are about 10,000 brand new. That will come in handy in the future but hopefully not in the near future.

I have packed quite a bit already but am pacing myself to a couple of hours every day. All my clothes have been gone through. I gave two large bags of kids clothes to my friends son and the rest to the thrift store and I am getting rid of a ton of things that are just taking up space. I want things to be less cluttered and organized again when I move. I cannot wait to bring the label maker out again, ha ha.

It still feels like a dream come true, since I sold my first house and then moved to edmonton, I have been kicking myself eversince...now I have my own home again and the security I feel for not only my son and I but my Mom too. It is all going to work out..it feels so right!!!!! The next couple of weeks are going to be buzy!!!

Congrats, Pandora. It is amazing, isn't it, when everything just clicks together? Glad to hear that you're not trying to do everything in five minutes. I remember going through things before I moved and I was glad to purge it out and be able to start again. About once or twice a year I do a big puge again and I'm amazed at what I have that I don't need.

I've found that simplicity helps me tremendously to keep myself healthier. I hope it does for you, too.

Thank You...I FINALLY have a little bit of peice, I think. Knowing that I am getting away from this freak neighbor (I will be able to go outside and also be inside and NOT feel like I am being watched) will have some support with my son and finally be in my own home again. I have never hated an aaccomodation more than this...I have been telling myself..it is ok..it is just like camping...but I am glad i do not have to say it or deal with this whole situation anymore!!
