Listen to yourself, you need rest, that is defeating whatever calm the meds are supposed to bring. As long as your ass is dragging the Beast is in the drivers street. Only God knows what the f*ck the Beast is doing with the decisions you're making to quiet the crisis on the job.

Your not superman, let the civvies shoulder some of the weight - they have to part of the solution along with you.

Wow. I was pretty out of it. Apparently I must have done something right at work because everything is running again.

Sorry bout the poor typing, I was using my iphone instead of a PC, where google autocorrect helps me out. My wife just showed me how to turn it on on this phone.

I'm OK really, still pissed off and frustrated, but better. Hard to keep the beast in check with this other issue returning on such short notice.
Starting therapy next week to get my words back.

May be able to utilize my vets group better once I can communicate without needing Google and Siri to help.
