What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

I am feeling a little shaken and unsure of myself as core fears were triggered this afternoon. I feel angry and cheated. I feel sad and tired....however, I will bounce back from this with a little time and effort.

I am feeling happy that I will get to spend the next two days at my daughters house. I am excited about seeing my friends that I have not seen or talked to in three years. I love times like this. I need more of them.

Feel better now I have been at my volunteer position. It has been really busy here this morning.

I have a very very very tiny bit of hope, as of tonight. I feel exhausted and drained.

Had a lovely lunch today with @TheBubzilla and am now feeling very sleepy. Socialising takes a lot out of me.

I've been feeling revitalized today, and quite free from bad feelings of any descript in fact. I think my time in the forest, even just two days did me wonders to restore and heal. I feel balanced today, and in between two minds as to whether I will go out and socialize or stay in with my cat and write or read again? I feel unsure about this, and warm snuggled up with my cat on the couch.

Achy, tired, sad.
Am trying to sleep better and deal with many stressors. So discouraging when I don't sleep well, but... at least I'm trying and maybe perseverance will help. I've enlisted help too, thank goodness, so I feel alone, but I'm not.

Still not doing well physically, a little better though now that my mind has switched off. Not the best option, but I haven't yet learned to get to that middle path- I'll go with numb, it has fewer adverse effects.

Awoke to high anxiety today. Had a panic attack. Will get moving shortly. The mornings are not good.

Feel braindead and numb. Don't want to get out of bed today.
