I wrote some of the submission, went for a short walk, ate an egg for breakfast, push ice on my neck to manage the panic.

Feeling anxious and I can't identify why. Everything inside me is churning and on high alert for some reason.

I feel like I managed at a higher level of social interaction today. Instead of hating myself and beating myself up I interacted more with people positively.

I am anxious about our financial situation and about the future of my unemployed sons.

I'm still anaemic and feeling so tired and now I have sciatica in my lower back and down my left leg.

I'm enjoying the good weather though and looking forward to going to Skipton in Yorkshire on Tuesday.

Sad, but it's hard too hold onto. I'm very very tired, and my emotions shoot toward anger when anyone bothers me right now. I'm having a very hard time holding onto my emotional awareness right now. Wish I could hibernate, but life doesn't wanna stop for me, go figure. :(

Anxious. It keeps coming and going. My thoughts keep distorting and its upsetting me. I'm starting to get a headache.

Had my panic/anxiety gagging moment of the morning. Not as bad this morning.

Hideously anxious. Pins and needles in my lips, chin and right cheek. Feels like I'm shaking internally.
