I feel good, as if a weight has been lifted from my shoulders.

Earlier in the day was good, got door for car, and repaired the damage!
Got a lot of important things accomplished.

I should have stayed away from g/f though cause now I'm at that point I need to find a home for my cat!
She stated come over I can tell by your voice you want to talk. I got a few words in she talked, psycho analyzed me, and pretty much made me feel like shit! No compassion what so ever, none. But guilt filling and self worth diminished to nothing!

If I feel the sameway in morning gonna make a call for help.
