I have been in my diary here. It was really the only way I could deal with my anger yesterday.

I feel exhausted physically mentally and emotionally. I feel numb and sad. I want to feel happy. I want to feel like I matter. I need for the people around me to notice and this time on their own that I need them to reach out to me this time.
