What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Garden is in and another flower bed is done. Feeling a sense of accomplishment and peace as now I can look out the kitchen window and see the blooms. Herb garden is about finished and excited to use fresh herbs this summer.

I have indeed had a better day I'm still on the codiene but haven't shouted at the kids or had a major panic. But I did have horrific nightmares. But that's normal now

I feel slow today, it is grey and cloudy and cold not good for the seasonal affective disorder at all but I am trying to be cheerful and it is hard so I feel sad anyways.

I am having a IBS flare today that has really slowed me down so I am not getting the early start I wanted afterall.

Over all I feel good.

I'm off balance, not sure which way this is leaning but I don't think I'm going to fall down. I'm going to stumble a little while gravity changes direction. Then pride. I know I can remain upright where others might fall. I've got practice at that, it's why I'm on a ptsd message board and not in a grave.

I am feeling better than I did this morning, I ran my errands and have a ton to unpack. I am looking forward to going over to my daughters house tomorrow. I feel great about this.

Take a layer of clothing off try and cool down deep breath it should stop sick feeling you often feel sick when hot xx

Thank you for your suggestion @Leah Morgan. I am scared of getting cold and getting sicker @Leah Morgan. I think it is partially an allergic reaction. Partially it is stress. I am also not drinking enough.
