What Are You Feeling Today? Not Thinking, Rather Feeling! Can You Identify Yours?

Scared. Got an update from Social Security, they want to know if I'm better. If they stop the payments we will be in big trouble. I can't get a job due to the unpredictability of my illness. I never thought I'd be in this predicament. I always thought I'd work. I hate my illness. I'm doing better because I am not working.
 
I feel so grateful that the CBT of David Burns' book is permeating my mind and headspace.

I feel pleased that my breathing is improving.
I feel pleased that I did not have a head full of distorted thoughts and perceptions all day long so far.
I am feeling so pleased that I could do self soothing and self care practices in my daily life.
I feel pleased that I did not having nightmares last night.
I feel pleased that I did not wake up having panic attacks and having to do three hours of yoga nidra to get me down.

I feel pleased that I have enough health to exercise.
I feel pleased that I was able to do two hours mindfulness meditation this morning. I did all the mindfulness meditation practices.
I feel pleased that I was able to do Semi supine x 2.

I feel fatigued and sore from having 13.9 km walked - three hours and forty minutes of walking.

The day is beautiful and I feel grateful for that.
