Physically not okay (not sure if it's my heart not being okay or anxiety), dizzy, panic

Unnecessarily anxious over plans tomorrow, it's not even that big of a deal.

Really, really tired. (Fell asleep without my cpap) But a bit more okay mentally. Soft, somehow, and a bit sad. And worried (financially bad) But calmer than before. Vulnerable. Weepy. Possibly a tiny bit trusting.

Gee I wrote that at 11:11, didn't realise. I've been feeling er I was too busy to realise, just numb ever since but almost in a way that doesn't make me react too harshly. Yeah nothing's the matter.
