I feel that I will be in control when I look at photos of my accident and injuries, I feel the time is right to look at them. I feel I need to look at them.

You may just surprise yourself and look at them all in one go, but if you only look at 2, it is still progress. :tup:

I feel OK today, even hopeful. Except my boss has put a little pressure on me to return to work and I don't know if I'm ready or if I even want to. I need to discuss this with my T on Friday.

I was just about to change my mood from curious to cheerful when I happen to come across and old thread of mine and reread some which included an old nightmare of mine. Now I really need to change mood to creepy if there is such an expression for such mood on here.
