I feel good enough, worthy of love, deserving of happiness etc.:)
Hopeful for the future, that I will find someone special to share my life with.

I also feel a sense of belonging and emotional safety. I have received a great deal of support from the good people here and I'm grateful to be understood, and to be treated with respect and compassion.

I guess I am trying to say "Thank You" for helping me to feel good about myself again. I may have done the footwork, but it was a 'group effort' and I feel fortunate to have you guys in my corner.

May you enjoy the same deep happiness that I am feeling today

I'm tired from yesterdays Forum meeting in Birmingham.
Feeling good for having gone.
I got terrible cramp in my feet last night which hurt like hell and kept me awake.
Having a few intrusive thoughts from yesterday but fighting them off. :ninja:
Other than that I'm just tickety-boo!:D

I'm just glad my day is over. Its been rough and very stressful.
Now I just want to have a shower, relax, and chill with my mates here :).

Ha!!! So much for that... I had just finished posting above, when the phone rang...

2 cars, head-on collision. 6 patients. Its blooming hard work cutting cars away from trapped patients. Even more so in the dark and the rain. And knowing that there will be no more help coming, this far away from the nearest civilization, my tiny team is it. We are all those patients will get.

Well, no one died tonight. They were lucky. I was lucky. Whats a four letter word that rhymes with duck? Yip, I'm ducked now. quack quack.. tomorrow will be another long and hard one. I'm going to sleep now. Cheers my friends... :tup:

I keep thinking, OMG...I am going to be abandoned and left to feel and absorb sheer rejection and abandonment when or if ever I become too ill or immobilized and may need to rely upon another.

OM' this just fills me with big, big fears.
